Lunar Resources Company
The Lunar Resources Company is the program integrator and licensing agent for the Artemis Project, and a key corporate sponsor for Artemis Society International. The company was formed in 1994 by 15 individuals who are dedicated to achieving the goal of establishing a permanent, self-supporting lunar community. TLRC subsequently established the Artemis Society as an independent scientific and educational foundation, and became its first sponsor.

ARTICLE III
PURPOSEThe Lunar Resources Company is organized to advance and engage in space flight as a commercial enterprise, to establish and operate a permanent manned lunar base, and to transact any and all lawful business--on Earth, in outer space, and on other celestial bodies--for which corporations may be incorporated under the Texas Business Corporation Act.
