TransOrbital, Inc. is moving forward with its plan to launch a mission to lunar orbit.  The Trailblazer mission is working toward a launch in December 2000.  The focus of the mission is to orbit a photographic platform around the Moon for 30 to 90 days. The TransOrbital team intends to photograph the Earth and Moon from lunar orbit.  Gregory Nemitz, TransOrbital's VP, said "We expect to be able to see the tire tracks from the Apollo-era rovers."
