Solar Power Tech Committee Charter

The Lunar Power Systems Technical Committee is responsible for developing technical plans and economic models for all of the systems that generate, store, and transmit electrical power for Moonbase Artemis and associated facilities. This includes lunar mobile vehicles and other surface transportation systems, but not necessarily space vehicles or the orbital transfer stations.

The committee will act as a clearing house for requirements and information regarding such systems, coordinate with other committees regarding requirements and constraints, recommend electrical power systems for use, examine the possible customer base and the economics of energy sale, as well as other aspects of the economics of electrical power as a lunar resource, and, finally, develop a timeline for lunar power development.
